All animals except rabbits, guinea pigs, parrots and some parakeets need their own accomodation.
We ask for a £10 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your animals place you can send this to us by post or drop it in to us.
If you need to cancel your bookming for any reason please do so at least a week before your animal is due to stay with us, this gives us a chance to give the place to another animal.
You will need to pay the full amount on the day of arrival, any extra costs if necessary should be paid when you collect your pet.
If you do not collect your pet a week after the date of collection and we cannot contact you or you have not contacted us we will rehome your animal.
